Customer Router Access Agreement and Waiver

1. Purpose of This Agreement

This agreement grants the client access to the settings and configuration of their own router installed as part of their internet service with Endless Inclination. By signing this waiver, the client acknowledges full responsibility for managing and maintaining their router settings.

2. Responsibility Disclaimer

By accepting router access, the client understands and agrees that:

  • Any changes made may affect network performance and/or connectivity.
  • Endless Inclination cannot be held liable for any service interruptions, security issues, or performance degradation resulting from client-made changes.
  • The client assumes all risk and responsibility from the moment access is granted.

3. Limited Technical Support

Limited support may be provided by Endless Inclination for routers where client configuration access has been granted. In the event of network issues:

  • Troubleshooting may require a factory reset, potentially resulting in loss of client configurations.
  • Should an on-site technician be required to resolve issues related to the router, a standard call-out fee of R550 (excluding VAT) will apply.

4. Compliance Requirements

The client agrees to:

  • Use the router in accordance with South African regulations and Endless Inclination’s acceptable use policies.

5. Compliance Requirements

Endless Inclination reserves the right to revoke router access at any time if:

  • Equipment abuse or misuse is detected.
  • The client’s actions compromise network security or performance.
  • There is a breach of terms outlined in this agreement.

6. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By submitting the Customer Router Access Agreement and Waiver Form the client acknowledges that they:

  • Have read and understood this agreement.
  • Accept full responsibility for their router’s configuration.
  • Release Endless Inclination from any liability related to self-managed router configurations.
