Air Fibre Equipment
- All equipment installed by Endless Inclination (Pty) Ltd remains the property of Endless Inclination (Pty) Ltd, unless explicitly purchased outright by the client.
- All equipment required for the Air Fibre connection is supplied by Endless Inclination (Pty) Ltd.
- A standard WiFi multi frequency router is supplied which has 2Ghz & 5Ghz capability. Should the WiFi range of the standard router supplied by insufficient to meet the customer’s requirements, all cabling and extenders will be for the customers’ account.
Coverage
- Our coverage maps rely on geographical data, but they don’t consider physical obstacles like buildings or other structures that could block line-of-sight to our towers. In these situations, our team may be unable to proceed with installation since we cannot ensure a stable connection. Should this occur, we will work with the customer to explore alternative solutions.
Installation Lead Time
- Upon order being placed and coverage confirmed, the installation will take place between 2 – 15 working days.
Cancellation
- A one-calendar-month notice is required for cancellations. Cancellation requests should be sent to accounts@endlessinclination.co.za
- All cancellations are subject to our terms and conditions, and penalties may apply.
- Accounts cannot be cancelled if there are outstanding balances.
- Failure to return our equipment will result in invoicing the customer for the replacement value of the equipment issued.
